Payment, Refund & Chargeback Policy

At Artha Learning Edge (ALE), we are committed to providing high-quality education and value to all our participants. By purchasing any course, membership, or digital product, you agree to the following terms regarding payments, refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations.

  1. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. ALE does not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. This policy applies to:

  • Courses & Workshops (Live or pre-recorded)
  • Membership Subscriptions (All ALE Discord tiers)
  • Digital Products & Educational Materials
  • Promotional Items, Offers, or Limited-Time Discounts
  • One-Time Payments & Recurring Subscriptions

Before making a purchase, we encourage you to review all course and membership details carefully. If you have any questions, please contact our support team before completing your transaction.

  1. Membership Subscription & Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to any ALE membership plan, you authorize recurring charges based on your chosen billing period (monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual).

Cancellation Terms:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation does NOT trigger a refund. You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic charges, and refunds will not be issued.
  1. Course & Digital Product Purchases

All payments for courses, digital products, and educational materials are non-refundable, including:

  • Live & pre-recorded courses
  • Training materials, PDFs, videos, and trading strategies
  • Exclusive content within ALE’s Discord community
  1. Promotional Offers & Discounts
  • All discounted, promotional, or limited-time offers are non-refundable.
  • ALE does not offer price adjustments if a discount is applied after your purchase.
  1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
  • If a chargeback is initiated without contacting ALE first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and restrict future access.
  • If you believe there was a billing error, please contact support immediately before initiating a dispute.
  • Users who file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from ALE’s services.
  1. Payment Authorization & Responsibility
  • By making a purchase, you authorize ALE to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon amount.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date.
  • Failed or declined payments may result in immediate suspension of access.
  • ALE is not liable for overdraft fees, insufficient funds penalties, or foreign transaction fees.
  1. Fraud Prevention & Unauthorized Use
  • ALE reserves the right to monitor and flag transactions suspected of fraud.
  • If fraudulent activity is detected, ALE may decline, suspend, or permanently ban the associated account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized use of your payment method, report it immediately to both ALE and your bank.
  • ALE is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made using your payment credentials.
  1. Abuse of Trial Period & Multiple Account Fraud
  • The 24-hour free trial is offered only once per individual.
  • Creating multiple accounts, using different emails, Discord IDs, or credit cards to exploit the free trial is strictly prohibited.
  • If we detect trial abuse, we reserve the right to:
    • Permanently ban the user from ALE Discord.
    • Block future purchases from the associated email, Discord ID, or IP address.
    • Restrict access to future promotions & offers.
  • ALE actively monitors trial sign-ups and retains the right to cancel or deny access at its discretion.
  1. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantees
  • Trading involves risk, and ALE does not guarantee profits or success from any course, membership, or strategy.
  • No financial, investment, or tax advice is provided. ALE’s educational materials are for informational purposes only, and we are not liable for any financial losses.
  • In the event of a dispute, ALE’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the past 3 months.
  1. Modification of Policy
  • ALE reserves the right to update, modify, or change this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
